Cam-Lok is a thick copper cable used for powering lighting systems.
- 5 wire, E1016 connectors with ground and neutral legs reversed from hots as a safety precaution (preventing anyone from mistakenly plugging ground or neutral into hots).
- "Tails" are used for connecting directly into and electrical panel. One end has Cam-Lok connectors and the other is bare wire ends. NOTE: Anytime tails are being used, they must be installed into the electrical panel by a qualified electrician.
- 4/0 (diameter) Cam-Lok is rated to handle approximately 400 amps per leg. Consult qualified electrician for specific ratings.
